I hate you RAM .
Ram did not pick up my parcels for 2 days . I am very disappointed in your service. I cannot express the way you have disappointed me. Your customer service is the worst by far ,unable to solve the customers complain ,no time line ,I hate you RAM .I will never use your services again .
