I had a package which was met to be delivered by Ram couriers today and when I called in the morning I was made to verify my information but when it came to delivery of my package the wrong number was called by the ram courier agent. When following up I was told the driver would be sent to my address and I would updated but no update came I eventually called them and now they saying it can't be delivered today and I'll have to wait for Monday when the error is on there side. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the call centre agent kept giving me the run around. What bad service
