I do not even want to rate their service, as there is absolutely no services that they have provided

I have made an online purchase at l’occintane and they have sent the parcel to me on last week Wednesday, which supposed to arrive on Thursday, however, everyday I just see the order has been out for delivery, and I have never received it. I tried to call the number they have on the web page, but the number is not existed. So, I tried to do the online customer queries, they just standardized their answer of like, you will receive that by 5pm. Eventually when I got the box, the box was opened, badly squashed and inside content was damaged and few items were gone missing. This is really horrific services that they have provided!
