I am so angry with Ram hand to hand delivery

I tracked my delivery status it says delivery failed contact unavailable home unavailable I don’t understand how those drivers are ****s no one called me my phone was on and if there was network problem I would receive a message from my network provider those drivers are lazy to work no one called me
