I am not in Pretoria!

I am waiting for delivery of a Clarins order,from Ram.When I checked the tracking they were attempting to deliver my parcel in Pretoria,I'm in Brits area. Pretoria is not included on my address I provide,why would it be,I'm in Brits area!But apparently Ram tries to deliver my parcel in Pretoria,dont the drivers read?And apperently the driver tried to phone me,I had no calls from Ram!None.Now they are returning my parcel to the sender?I note that others have experienced similar situations.Didnt the driver read the address properly?Or is he just not bothered to do delivering of parcels to the correct places?I have received other parcels from Clarins without any problems,as recently as 2 weeks ago,so Ram couriers deliver in my area,and are fami**** with it.What now?
