I am extremely disappointed with RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers. After my previous HelloPeter review and multiple email communications, my parcel still has not been delivered.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have repeatedly asked for a simple solution: if delivery cannot be completed, allow me to collect the parcel myself. Despite these requests, nothing has been arranged and no meaningful action has been taken.

The tracking information has changed multiple times, delivery dates have come and gone, and I have received promises that were never fulfilled. Customer service apologizes and says the matter is being escalated, but there has been no actual resolution.

At this point, I have spent far too much time following up on a parcel that should have been delivered long ago. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend RAM based on my experience. If you are expecting reliable delivery and proactive customer service, be prepared for delays, broken promises, and ongoing frustration.
