I am beyond ****ed and disgusted by ram hand to hand couriers

I ordered a rain sim card on the first of August and I received an sms this morning that simcard will be delivered today, the courier guy called to find out if I was home so he could deliver the sim he then asked if I have the necessary documents, proof of residence and my ID I told him I had both he then went on to say the proof of residence needed to be in my name and I told him this is my mother's house I don't have a house hence I don't have proof of residence that is in my name. I told him this was the second time I bought a rain sim and I didn't have a problem with the first one I didn't have a problem with proof of resident, I told him I could download my statement from the capitec app and he use that he told me that won't work i need to go to the bank and withdraw a statement, this is unnecessary because I have to use money for taxi to go withdraw a statement this is money wasting that is not in my budget I just want to say that I am disappointed in your services this is not necessary and uncalled for I am beyond ****ed at your services next time we'll buy the sim from takealot
