How many Pretoria does it take to deliver something from Johannesburg to Pretoria? Useless in Delivering anything
I am utterly disgusted at the delivery service RAM provides, I have been trying to get my Supersonic Order now for two week, Does it actually take so long to delivery something from Johannesburg to Pretoria??? I have been in constant contact with both Supersonic and RAM for delivery, Today i finally get a message that i will get delivery, I go to check the tracker and it says Non Delivery Validation? Or Store Closed? Which is virtually impossible because our premises is under 24 hours security and reception, So your driver is either dreaming up places to deliver or doing something else instead of delivering, secondly shouldnt you call if you supposedly find a place closed at 2pm???? Someone is lying at RAM. It is a business that open 24 hours as its essential services?
Please sort out your problems this is pathetic!

18 Oct 2019, 11:24Just a update on this, I had to go to the RAM depot in Centurion myself after work to collect this parcel due to the incompetence of your staff, The driver made two attempts to deliver the first time he ended up going to a "church" to deliver which is completely the wrong address, and the second time he attempted delivery, this was suppose to be a special delivery due to his incompetence on the previous delivery so i waited till 17:30, I was told by my security at the entrance of my workplace that the driver did not have a name of who he was delivering to???? This is suppose to be the first thing a delivery driver should be trained on and did not have the contact number, He did not call on both attempts or call your depot, I had to call and end up shouting someone at your depot who then said i should come and collect myself. As a courier company if this is your attitude, I am going to send through a notice throughout the pharmaceutical industry notifying them on this incompetence and not to use RAM. As i run a pharmaceutical wholesaler in Pretoria and I have never had to deal with this kind of service.
