How long must I wait?
I asked and paid for my adoption documents to be collected on Friday morning (6 November) and thereafter asked what would happen if they did not arrive this afternoon. I still haven't received a reply. I need those documents, they're so important to us. I looked up the reference number to see if it could be tracked but have found nothing... RC***

This collection was arranged and collected on Friday however a Next Day service was requested and not a same day.
We do not deliver on Saturdays unless requested so Next day would mean delivery today. I have checked and RW***3 has been successfully delivered today.
