Horrifying Service

I wish I can give you negative stars, because never in my life have I every had to deal with such *********** people. I have been waiting for an entire week for something that was supposed to be next day delivery. I have spent hours on the phone, holding and waiting for someone to assist me with my change of address and 3rd person delivery authorization. Each customer service agent telling me a different story every time I phone. You should be disgusted by your company Graeme Lazarus! F.Y.I. I am yet to receive my parcel...
