horrific service

well, i was expecting a parcel on friday and RAM Couriers decided not to come in to the building , as 96 korrana avenue is a company one company. they claim to have called me, and i called them twice to for clarity, they took my company name twice and i was promised delivery on monday. tracking my parcel online on monday i learned nothing was happening. when i called the call center i was told, my parcel wont be delivered as they do not have the correct address. wow this is after i was told it will be here on monday by two agents. i have had this horrible experience when i expected a delivery from them 2yrs back, cell c had to send my phone by their driver. RAM does not understand service.
