Horrific customer service from RAM hand to hand couriers
Horrific customer service and incompetance.
Been trying to get my daughter christmas present delivered for over a month, needless to say I have still not received it after being promised they would deliver on the 24th or at least let me know. I am still waiting on the call and no delivery.
Called again and now the suburd has been changed again without request,further delaying the delivery.
Oooo and goodluck talking to a manager or supervisor think it is easier to find a unicorn.
Truly dissapointed in the service received from RAM
