Horrid Service

HI Kindly organise training programmes if it is not too much to ask for your courier guys, or rather atleast the one (Driver) who was delivering my rain sim card, who got here and constantly hooted like we in a middle of traffic rather than calling me, proceeded to revving up the shuttle so many times whilst speaking to me as impatient as one can ever be, debating hijacking, to which I then proceeded to opening the gate for him to feel at ease and he refused to enter and told me he has knocked off, in the meantime took a call to tell his girlfriend he is coming. I can’t fathom someone coming all the way to my place and leaving with my stuff says he’ll deliver it tomorrow (today is today, he isn't here). I don’t know how ram conducts their business, nor train their staff members but please train the young man and I will get his name when he comes tomorrow. (All this took about 13 mins)
