HORRIBLE,PATHETIC SERVICE, UNRELIABLE PEOPLE

I AM SO DISSAPOINTED ON YOUR SERVICE AND COMPANY, i thought RAM was a Big company and reliable but they are PATHETIC in many ways.

CALL CENTER Stuff hang up calls, online chat tells lies and leaves the chat

ince i have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered in SANDTON from ISANDO this morning i got an SMS, and i got no call after that

The service is VERY POOR, i am really dissapointed, to think of it i have been calling the whole day and i was told my PARCEL whould be delivered and nothing

The call center staff **** and **** every time i called, they told me my parcel was going to be delivered by 5pm, instead the call center lady asked my contact details and ignored me when i asked for the couriers contact number, she just cut the chat and logged off

Good day, my sincere apologies as we can not give the couriers contact details for security reasons. . Parcel is still out for delivery still, is this your residential or work address?

They were suppose to deliver at work, and i waited and waited, was suppose to leave the office at 1pm, they never came

my parcel still has not been delivered, i am told the same story as yersterday, i just want to fetch my parcel because clearly delivering is a problem with RAM, i really cannot believe this.

As stated the parcel is with the courier for delivery today. delivery times are between 08h00 -17h00 daily. the courier usually arrives in the Sandton area for deliveries between 13h00- 15h00 daily
