HORRIBLE , WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND TO A DESPERATE PERSON

There wasn't an option for no stars , so i was forced to give a 1 , i ordered a phone through telkom on monday , i had given my husbands work address as a delivery address as my work address would have been hard for the driver to find as it is a plot , the driver called me advising that he needed my ID which my husband did not have , so i told that they they can reschedule delivery for Tuesday so i may leave my ID with my Husband , not even a few minutes later an agent called me insisting i give my work address as there was a possibility they would still deliver on Monday

I waited the whole of Monday , & tuesday , there were no updates on my waybill , i then decided to call on wednesday , they advised my parcel is set to be delivered on thursday , the entire day on thursday there was no updates on my waybill , nor was there any communication being sent to me via sms , today is friday , i have called five times , spokee to five different agents who advised that my parcel will be delivered to me today , at 12:00pm, i held on for 30 minutes for the agent to get their dispatch on the line just for her to tell me that there is no update & she cannot tell me when i will receive my phone , all the agents i have spoken to have been giving me the run around & it is extremely unprofessional , i am a client of vodacoms & i have never had issues like this with them before & it puts a bad image on vodacom , if Ram couriers cannt get the job done , give over vodacoms business to a courier who WILL get the job done , all the reviews i have read on HELLOPETER & GOOGLE REVIEWS are all the same , there was not once nice thing to say about Ram couriers
