Horrible service, zero communication

Ram couriers service has really gone down the drain. I've placed an order for delivery with TFG on the Bash app, and to my delight they sent my packages out for delivery with ram couriers. Now, at the time I only knew ram to have excellent service, but to my surprise I've had horrible service. My package that was supposed to be delivered last week Thursday, 30 November, never arrived. I called the first time on Friday, 1 December, and the agent who took my call said that what he was looking at on the tracking system made no sense and has escalated the matter to operations and said he would call me back with updates, but no updates came. Monday, 4 December, I called ram again and while waiting for an agent, I was 1st in the queue, the call was ended. I called back immediately, waited on the line for several minutes before my airtime ran out without getting to speak to anyone. So I go onto ram's site and leave a message on the site, which I got no reply from. I entered a live chat with what I can only hope was a real person who told me that my package was on the way to the dispatch hub, to which I rep**** that is has been on the way to dispatch hub since Friday morning, that was 2pm Monday afternoon. I was then told by the agent in the live chat that they have requested my package be dispatched on Tuesday, 5 December, to which I asked does that mean it will be delivered on Tuesday and the agent said yes. It is now Wednesday, 6 December and I have no idea where my package is. I've emailed ram this morning and Rethabile Moroeyane from ram told me via email that this matter would be fixed today, that was this morning after 9am and it is now past 8pm in the evening. No resolution, no package, no further confirmation. I've had to chase after ram to get any kind of information regarding MY package, but Ram does not communicate, no calls, no emails, no sms, nothing. And it's sad because all of this could have been solved with communication last week already.
