HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH RUDE DRIVERS

Absolutely horrible courier company their drivers are not helpful. This is the second time experiencing the same bad service. The driver called to confirm my address when I told him no one is home can he come back at 15:30 he said I must just change the address so it can be delivered at work the following day. I followed prompts on their WhatsApp for the delivery to be made same day at 15:30 at 13:25 I received an email that the driver is on the way with my package until now 17:35 I am still waiting. HORRIBLE SERVICE
