Horrible service. RAM is just trash really!

Horrible service, I would not recommend a single person use this courier as customer care is not important to them. Their customer care line is also useless.

I specifically called in asking my parcel be prioritized seeing as I had other commitments. The consultant happily put the request through. Come 13:00 when I had asked the parcel to be delivered by, I had to call back in to be told that no there's no guarantee of me getting my package. They cannot even estimate how long it will take. Do you guys have one driver making these deliveries RAM?!

Horrible service, you have left a bad taste in my mouth.
