Horrible service: Paid for next day delivery by 11am and I still don't have my parcel
I paid for next day delivery from Durban to Port Elizabeth yesterday (27 October 2020). Parcel was suppose to be delivered today (28 October 2020) by 11am and that didn't happen. I sent an email with my invoice proving I paid for next day delivery and no one rep****!!! The live chat person said my parcel is at the Jhb hub?!! Why? What's the point of next day delivery? I tracked my parcel but it's 19:00pm and its still at the JHB hub. I stay home today specifically for my parcel. I am disgusted and disappointed at your service. Please explain why this happened and when will I get my parcel?

Apologies for the delayed delivery of your parcel, as we did not have a direct line-haul from the DBN branch to PE.
The parcel is now out to be delivered to you in Sydenham in the next ten minutes.
