Horrible service from RAM hand to hand couriers

Ram, your service is atrocious. I have made arrangements with you to deliver my parcel K069219 to my residence today 30th of November 2023with a call center agent on the 27th of November 2023. When I checked your tracking system this morning, great was my surprise when I saw you were at my address. However, nobody here. I have been calling your call center nonstop and has been holding the line for 15 minutes when the call cut. You were at my residence on Tuesday (security confirmed this) Wednesday, (according to you) No parcel. What in the name of any sanity in the world does this kind of service constitutes as? Oh, and now you're call center number suddenly does not exist. What happened to standard service? Not even good service. STANDARD SERVICE!!!!

This is not acceptable. I called Ram and made the necessary arrangements with you on Monday. You disregarded my instructions and because of that, I have to make new arrangements with Vodacom now. Your service is horrible.

We did note the arrangements made however the longer we keep the order with us the more charges it occurs.

In that case you could have advised me of this on Monday, so I could change my delivery address to my place of work. I am not satisfied at all with your responses to my complaint. You don't have to reply to this thread any further because it serves no purpose and you're wasting my time, like you've done for that past week already. Not even mentioning airtime and effort. My rating will stay the same, because nothing has been resolved.
