Horrible service from Ram hand-to-hand courier

Ram courier is the worst pathetic courier. They returned my order claiming I wasn't home. Yet I waited for them the whole day. They didn't even bother calling nor sending an sms. Now I have to wait for whatever time they are available. This is so unacceptable. Their customer care line is even worse i stayed on the line for over 20 min and no answered. Bash needs to do better and stop using this pathetic courier.
