Horrible service from Ram Hand to Hand

Ram has been very disappointing. I wouldn't chose them at all. They claim drivers will call upon delivery and that never happens. Whats worse is all the airtime I wasted trying to get hold of customer service. The live chat is a haux. So unimpressed

Don't use Ram.
