horrible service from Ram

idiots who don't know what they are doing, today was the 3rd attempt to deliver my parcel they actually phoned me at 15h15 telling me the stupid driver is on his way but he never showed up. I had to phone again and they telling me my parcel was not out for delivery. they do not care about their clients .
