Horrible service from Ram

Just by visiting Helo Peter it is clear why Ram has no social media accounts, their services is pathetic. I am disappointed with the service I am receiving from Ram, add to that the limited help options to escalate the issue. I have been expecting a delivery from the 28 of September on which day you could not deliver, and there was no attempt to contact me and inform me there will be no deliveries. I had to spend the whole day waiting for it. Next day, the driver arrived around 5pm and I was not at home, the family misplaced the proof of address and the driver could not wait for them to find it. Since then I am getting no help from you guys, the parcel keeps being sent back. Yesterday was the last straw because I called at 12 the driver was in the Amanzimtoti area, 16:50 the driver was in my area and I was promised I will get the parcel within the next hour. An hour after that the driver was not picking up the phone and next thing the update says there was a strike which is a lie. I am still waiting today. I have called twice already today, but the parcel has not even been sent out according to the tracking page.
