Horrible service

I am really disappointed by the service I receive from RAM employees who works at Richards bay by the name of Ayanda Mtetwa and her colleague Nokuthula which I did not get her surname. Nokuthula was so rude to when I called her to check how far were they since I was told to wait at the mall for my parcel from 15:00 and it was around 16:34. She asked me why am I angry and that "they" have just arrived at the mall and they were gonna call me, not in a nice way. She than asked me where I stay and I told her, she promise to deliver the parcel where I stay when they have finished what they doing. I waited for a good 5 minutes and a guy called (Ayanda Mtetwa) he asked me where I stay and told me that he has my parcel, I told him that I just explained that to your colleague. He said but you were not talking to me yet he was with her in the car, he asked me to direct him to where I was whereas Nokuthula knew where I was because I told her when I called and she promised to call me when she was at the gate. I then asked Ayanda to tell me where he was so that I can collect my parcel because it was mine after all and it was clear to me that they were gonna keep on playing this game until Lord knows when and luckily he told me. When I got there, there was Nokuthula and I was surprised more as in angry because I thought the guy was all alone since he asked me the same questions I had already answered to her. She asked me why am I angry as if what they were doing was ok, I did not say much because I was angry I just gave her what they said I must bring, signed and left. The service I got from RAM was poor, disappointed by the rude staff, they were not the only ones though, the guy who answered the phone when I called the second time showed no interest in what I was saying and he said to me I should wait at the mall until whoever who was gonna deliver calls maybe around 15:00 or 15:30 which turned out to be around 16:40 or so.
