HORRIBLE SERVICE...
I have never had such a bad experience in my life (1) they send sms that parcel is on its way, then later the day they send a sms to say the delivery is on back order - how can this both be true in one day? (2) Next day: They get to my house but refuse to hand over the parcel since they have not written my name on the parcel !!! (3) Two days later -- they now cannot find my address, the same one they were at Wednesday (4) Their online chat does not work (5) When you dial Customer Care there is just silence. (6) I eventually get hold of reception, they ask others to call me, but NO calls.
