Horrible service

Ram collected my parcel on 29 November 2024. It’s the 11th December 2024 and the parcel isn’t even out for delivery. You have to sit over 30 min on the call centre each time and all they can say is we can escalate but if the hub doesn’t respond we can’t do anything!!

Honestly the worst courier service I have ever received! You can’t keep a parcel for 2 weeks and not deliver and then use Black Friday as an excuse.
