Horrible Service Delivery

Ram Hand-to-Hand Couriers’ failure to deliver my parcel as promised. They confirmed delivery for Saturday, 6 December 2025, requiring me to remain available all day. Despite this, no delivery attempt was made. Tracking falsely indicated failed delivery at 14:24 and 15:28, but my security footage proves no one approached my property during those times. No contact was made to me, and I spent hours trying to resolve this with Ram, FNB, and Digital Planet—each shifting blame despite confirmations that my address was unchanged. This is unacceptable and demonstrates poor service and lack of accountability. I demand immediate delivery, a written explanation, and assurance that such negligence will not recur. I can't afford to wait an extra day waiting for something that might not come due to poor service delivery. I want assurance I will get it today, even if that means I collect it myself or alternatively first thing tomorrow morning.
