Horrible service

It is the 2nd day that my parcel has come to the delivery address but the driver refuses to contact me on arrival as I specified. The package is hair products for my wifes birthday tomorrow (11 Dec), which I should have had yesterday already. The driver keeps saying that I am unavailable, when I am actually here and waiting. The parcel was delivered to my business premises and the place is very big, so security doesn't always know where I am, that is why I specified that the driver contact me on arrival which is not happening, 2 days in a row now. I need the parcel today, as I mentioned it is for my wife's birthday tomorrow. Just get your driver to follow simple instructions and contact me on arrival, instead of being lazy and just saying I am not available, which is a straight out lie. Terrible service. After this I will never go thru RAM ever again. You contact details are also of no good, on the site the contact forms don't have send buttons, when calling the number provided one is always and everytime put on hold and you never get to speak to a consultant. Absolutely ridiculous service. Worst courier company!!
