Horrible service!!!
Worst courier company ever!!! I don’t know what I am going to wear to our year end function, placed an order on 1 December, phoned customer service on the 3rd and was told that my parcel will be delivered today on the 5th. I phoned them again this morning since the last tracking update was on the 3rd and the agent confirmed that she sent a request for my parcel to be prioritised. Well, I still haven’t received anything.
