Horrible service by RAM

RAM has a horrible service and I dont understand why these big companies still do their deliveries through them.

Yesterday my delivery was out for a Rain sim card,the next thing I contact them this morning and they tell me I am in a high risk area. Guys,do you know Ebony park in Midrand? That is a high risk area according to call centre agent I spoke to. So they left my sim card at their warehouse and did not dispatch it. No comms,I found out when I called and last time I tracked it(Yesterday)they were on their way.

Taking people for a ****...Rain has to stop using this company or go down with them
