Horrible service and then lies about it.

Honestly, given the option, I would opt for 0 out of 5 stars. I received a text establishing a delivery date and a time bracket. So I made arrangements at work to be work from home for the delivery. 5 pm came and went, and nothing. Not a phone call, not even a text. So the next morning I called and was informed that it would be delivered the same day. Apparently, I was "unreachable by cell". Well, I would love for you to prove that because my personal cell did not receive a single call Yesterday!. So no after I have made further arrangements for the delivery today, I get a call saying it has been pushed to tomorrow. What kind of third-rate business are you running, that it takes 6 days to transport an envelope from Cape Town, 60km to Stellenbosch? This company is a joke.
