Horrible service and no feedback

Horrible service and no feedback Horrible service! The driver did not deliver my parcel. He did not even phone me, just said that the parcel was a missed delivery. This just tells me he did not even look for my address. Phoned multiple times and was unable to get hold of a consultant. Eventually I got through to the sales department and was told the driver would phone me. That did not happen. Spent the rest the day on phone with no response. Again, cannot get through to any consultant. Whatsapp line cuts me off. I was told that if the parcel is not delivered today they would send it back to its original location. Very upset and frustrated to have to deal with a company that wastes time and makes you run up and down to sort out their problems. If this is not solved by tomorrow, I will be taking this to higher management.
