Horrible Service and Inconsiderate Delivery Guys

I'm furious I don't even know where to start with Ram Couriers. Today is th 27th, parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 24th. On the 24th the driver updated that I cancelled and said I no longer wanted the parcel. I called in to correct this. After calling in for 4 days I received notification that it was out for delivery today. I asked 2 call centre agents to ask their delivery guy to call me when they get to the gate as the estate security guards are not allowed to let delivery persons in. I then decided to wait by the gate just to make things easier....waited for more than 2 hours and then decided to call their call centre after 2 hours and was told the driver said he doesn't know the place and therefore cancelled delivery. This is by the way a well known and tourist attraction estate in Ballito. After questioning this with the call centre agent she contacted the delivery guy who finally decided to "do me a favour" according to his words and deliver. And he went to another gate and I called the call entre again trying to locate him as I had no direct access to him and the response I received from the guy was if I stayed in the estate I would know which gate he is at (there are 3 gates at this estate) . I asked the call centre person to ask him to wait for me as I would have to walk to the gate he was at, even sent my son with his bicycle who then pleaded with the guy to wait for me as I was on my way there or alternatively make his way to the gate I was from so we could meet halfway, he refused citing he has received an instruction from his office to stop the delivery and deliver on Monday. I pleaded with him over the phone(my son's phone) to wait for me but he refused and had to watch him drive pass by with my parcel like that. This has caused me an enormous inconvenience as I needed this parcel for this weekend. I don't know if these guys get satisfaction when they frustrate a client but whatever it is, it's outright disrespectful, inconsiderate and uncalled for customer service. First time using their services and will never buy from any retailer that utilizes their services. Never have I come across such with other courier companies.
