Horrible service and abuse from call centre

RAM was supposed to deliver an FNB sim card to my home today. I was at home the entire time, apparently they were here, but the bell that is clearly at the gate was never used. They just hooted at the gate and then left. Later a call centre agent very rudely called started throwing accusation around. Horrible service, would rather use any other courier. @FNB I hope you get this as well as it is making you look bad.
