Horrible service

The courier sent multiple messages that the parcel is out for delivery. They did not deliver and **** that he had tried to deliver, saying I did not have my ID with me - after the call center put me on hold they said that the parcel was loaded into the incorrect van and will be delivered the next day. I told them that it was not acceptable and the guy said he will phone me back which they didn't. When I phoned them back they told me that the address was changed and I will need to wait for authorization, the parcel will be delivered in the next few days. These people suck all the joy and excitement out of receiving something new. I'm very disappointed. I do not recommend this Courier company.
