Horrible service

They make empty promises and forget that people have actual lives to get back to.

My delivery was marked as unsuccessful, yet no one came to my house or called to say they were there.

I called multiple times to get an ETA and they kept promising that someone would call with an ETA (which no one did).

I was then meant to be ok with receiving my package at a time that was convenient for them (days after the day I needed the package)

Their service is horrible!!! They’ll keep presenting you with problems instead of solutions which is really frustrating!
