Horrible service

Horrible experience, now looking at all these reviews I am shocked why this company is still in business. I was supposed to receive an order yesterday, the order was out for delivery waited all day but to no avail . At 5 pm I see the status changed to unsuccessful delivery and the reason stated was that I was not found at the address . I haven’t even received a call to say the delivery has arrived and the lie that no one with my name stay at that address. I fail to understand why you can not call the person you delivering to when you outside the building. My problem is that this seem to be the pattern with ram . In February I ordered with Vodacom and ram saw to deliver my package, day by day they kept giving a feedback that they did not find me at my address. They never called nothing I had to cancel my order because of ram . Your delivery guys don’t deliver packages they just wait till it’s 5 pm then give a feedback that they did not find the person the package is intended for . As a company don’t you read all these reviews, don’t you see how people are complaining about your service or you just do not care ? . Sorry to say this but your service is trash to say the least.
