Horrible service

I have been waiting for my parcel since forever.My biggest problem is that when you rediect your parcel you are only given that option on the day of the delivery which means you will not get your parcel on that day.My parcel was due for delivery on Tuesday and I redirect to my home address as I was two days off so thinking that I would get it Wednesday as I would still be at home but noooooo its been moved to Thursday the day I go back to work.I have been calling them all day the one advisor said he will call me back the other advisor hung up after placing me on hold for 6 min and the last advisor kayla was just rude when I explained that I have to be at work already and that the other two advisor didnt help at all.I am sooo annoyed coz now I will miss my delivery again coz i cant rediect again and and someone called on Tuesday to advise that they will move the delivery to Friday but I got notification that its due for Thursday.Useless and all the reviews that I see on hello peter point out the obvious that Ram is useless
