Horrible Service.

It is almost 2 weeks and I have not received my sim card from rain which was to be delivered through Ram couriers. When you phone ram couriers employees are extremely unhelpful. An attempted delivery was made 2 weeks ago but they did not deliver as I had to be present in person to accept the delivery, however I left all required documents with someone I trust. Drivers act like they do not understand what you are talking about when you try to explain the issue. I had to change my delivery address to my work address and when I speak to a Ram agent they give me never ending excuses. Rain should definitely look into changing their courier company to someone more reliable. Highly not recommended.
