Horrible service

Ordered a package through BASH and it was handed over to Ram .. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday , I took a day off from work and waited the whole day for my parcel as it was important and urgent.. I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered because I was not available which was untrue .. It was raining on Monday I’m guessing that’s why they couldn’t deliver but why lie ? .. I called on Tuesday Morning requesting that they re-attempt delivery as I had taken another day off.. I’ve been promised lies since then. Every agent I spoke to told me that they’ll ensure my parcel gets delivered, today it’s Friday and I still haven’t got my package.. I called and they say it’s out for delivery, i am not available to even receive the package today . I’ve been home since Monday, missed out on work because of lies.
