Horrible service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service provided by Ram. My parcel, which was scheduled for delivery before Christmas, has not arrived, causing significant inconvenience and frustration during the holiday season.

Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the responses I’ve received have been unprofessional, with little to no accountability. It is unacceptable to have to plead for service that I have already paid for.

I kindly request immediate action to ensure my parcel is delivered without further delay. Please provide a clear update on its status and steps being taken to rectify this issue. Having your parcel delivered by Ram brings frustration all the time
