Horrible service
I ordered from Vodacom on the 29th of April, and was supposed to have my parcel by the 3rd of May but for some reason, I didn’t get my parcel delivered even though I was at my initial address all day, for the entire week and got no calls from a driver.
On the 6th of May, I called to have my address changed. The people from Vodacom also sent in a new address template to the courier but lo and behold, my parcel was sent out TWICE to the old address. I did everything I was supposed to do but the courier can’t even simply change an address and send it to the right place. How long must I wait for my parcel? I have a life to live and this is hampering that

20 May 2019, 06:58Two different people from RAM called me on Monday the 13th and Wednesday the 15th assuring me that I’ll get my package delivered to the right address before Friday the 17th. Of course that didn’t happen
