Horrible service

The courier phoned me and told me to go to him somewhere in town to fetch my parcel?! Whats the use of a courier then? To make matters worse, after the third call to locate the address (which is by the way not the first time they deliver there), he phones to say he didnt bring the neccesary documentation for me to sign.
