Horrible service!!!

I’m actually so disappointed with RAM! This was the first time using them, I chose overnight delivery. Parcel went out yesterday for delivery but wasn’t delivered, I called this morning and spoke to someone who said that it wasn’t delivered because the driver ran out of time. Confirmed the delivery address with the agent she said she will contact driver and make sure it’s delivered today she will cal me back and let me know when they’ll deliver. Fine, she doesn’t call back the whole day, I see it’s getting late so I call the call center and they keep putting me on mute and pretending they can’t help me agent name Robyn! I finally get through and speak to Amy and I tell her that the parcel is urgent and has to be delivered today by 15:30 she tells me that she can’t give out details of the driver but can only just update that it’s urgent and they must deliver by 15:30. Was the parcel ever delivered?? So useless I could have honestly taken the parcel myself because now it’s the weekend and it can’t get delivered over the weekend!!! Why would it not have been on top of the drivers list this morning if he had run out of time yesterday??? Surely it should have been delivered first! Why did I pay for express delivery only for my parcel to not be delivered the next day?? Terrible service!!!
