Horrible Service

Good day

I have had the most appalling service from this company. I have been waiting for my router since last week Thursday and to date have not received it. I was **** to twice already this week that it will be delivered on Tuesday and then was **** to again that it will be delivered yesterday and when I check in yesterday, was then told that it will come today. I have not received and communication as we speak about it coming today and nothing even shows on their site regarding it being out for delivery!!!

One disgusting thing is that they take no responsibility for all this and not even a single apology was offered for this nonsensical inconvenience!!!
