Horrible service

It is always a horrible experience with RAM. Firstly, they never follow delivery instructions, I literally requested that they please deliver my package after 2pm when I knock off, and for the past 3 days, their driver has been showing up at my place in the morning when I’m not around and calls me and I explain my delivery request and he doesn’t even care, the agents in their call services just listen but don’t note down anything you request because everyday I request the same thing from them and they can’t even do it
