Horrible rude courier

It is unfortunate that I had to deal with a rude courier. I think his name is Gert ,cell number ***, He called twice and did not get hold of me as I was on another line . Instead of knocking at my office door he just left. Unfortunately I use my number for work as well hence he did not get me at that moment. When I called back he was rude telling me that he had called and He left, he even said it is what it is. I tried to apologize but the man was so rude and his tone was aggressive, loud and rude.

He then told me that he will see what he can do . After I called the ram line and they said they will request him to come back. The man came back eventually and called me. I told him I'm looking at him so he can come to the office, the man said "SO" with an attitude. I was in such shock, How can a person that deals with customers have such an attitude. He finally came to the door and I sanitize him and he wasn't happy with that so he rubbed the sanitizer off his one hand. Then he said I must learn to answer my phone with an attitude. After he was done I told him he is rude and with an attitude he said with pleasure.

It's not nice dealing with such people, some people wouldn't be able to handle such behaviour especially women as he was intimidating and rude. I work at a company that has couriers and the first thing they learn is customer service, anything can happen when trying to call a person .So If you cannot get hold of a client once or twice does that that mean one should be so rude and unprofessional? I refuse to use the race card in this instant as I would not want to assume things. The worst part is that he showed all his appalling attitude in front of my colleague.

I also called rain to complain about the RAM courier as most people would think that this is a courier from RAIN. This was unacceptable and no one deserves to be treated like this…
