Horrible Ram Service

Very horrible terrible service.

After i was promised delivery delivery today before 11 because the made a mistake with my delivery days ago. It's nearly 12 and no delivery. Yesterday when i called i spoke to a Nicole. She had very poor customer service and is rudem she could answer my questions and kept saying K. Then i spoke to Sibo and she promised delivery today before 11. Well they ****. Today when i called after being on hold for 14min Nicole answered and dropped the call. I called again and was on hold for 16 minutes and they dropped the call. Ive waisted hundreds rands on airtime to contact them. This is ridiculous. I need my parcel so that i can work.
