horrible is not the word,

So RAM hand - to - hand couriers what a joke. I have been waiting for my package since monday. When i phone them i get argued with and the phone gets put down in my ear. Every time I ask them where is my package they tell me they they don't have it yet when i phone the company i ordered from says RAM has it. So no one knows where my package is. I have a tracking number and everything but clearly it means nothing.

So i will be going to the police to make a statement saying my package has been stole because like this I can't go on. Because if your courier company can't even say where your package is it has to be ****** right?
